Often the case for many managers, me included. It’s easy to talk a big game and let people know mistakes are natural.

Then assignments rack up. Your schedule gets overloaded by tasks. You’re busy enough. The last thing you need is more work.

But it’s important to let mistakes happen because how will anyone learn? Preventing mistakes from happening just creates roadblocks down the line.
